Welcome to Creative Counseling Group, PLC.  Creative Counseling Group is composed of therapists who are dedicated to helping individuals, families and couples through times of life transitions and crisis. Our team has several specialized certifications and trainings including: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) special training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Play Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). We have experience working with Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa and years of experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma and relationships. Our team is dedicated to providing knowledgeable, professional and compassionate care, and we are not afraid to have a little fun when needed.

If you are experiencing sadness, stress, anger, frustration, anxiety day to day and seem to be getting worse or negatively impacting your relationships, work, and self esteem, talking with a therapist can help.  The sessions are beneficial.  You do not have to wait for a crisis to talk with a therapist.  Collaboratively, we will work together to develop goals and make a plan to help you lead a happy healthier life.
